Patient Coordinator / Dental Assistant
Debbie completed her Certificate III in Dental Nursing at Pharmaceutical College in Melbourne in 1995. She has worked in many different roles in dentistry including assisting an Oral Surgeon in hospital for patients under general anaesthetic.
​
Debbie is a married mother of 3 very busy children, aged 19, 17 and 15. In her spare time, Debbie is involved in her children's sporting activities (netball and basketball) and plays basketball herself.
Zenia
Dental Assistant / Chinese Relationship Manager
Zenia has been working as a dental assistant since 2013. She is multilingual, being fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Zenia enjoys working with all patients, especially young children. She loves our cozy environment and helping the Team deliver great smiles!
​
In her spare time, she likes garden and home renovations.
Lisa
Receptionist / Dental Assistant
Lisa comes from a medical science background, completing her Bachelor degree in 2005. She is fluent in English & Cantonese, her family having come from Hong Kong.
Lisa loves seeing patients walk out with an improved smile and having their concerns addressed. She has 2 beautiful young children, which she adores and devotes a lot of time to.
Dr. Richard Chan

Richard graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 2002. He has worked at a number of exclusive high-profile Practices, as well as community service in the public sector.
​
Richard has a special interest in facial aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry, with an emphasis on its relationship to health and function. However, he particularly enjoys caring for families, because he holds relationships with family and friends dear to his heart.
​
His passion for only wanting the very best for his patients is exemplified in being mentored by the best dentists internationally. In fact, he takes pride in usually being the youngest at the latest professional development courses.
Richard has a number of interests outside dentistry, including sports, fine cuisine, fashion, music and home theatre. If not relaxing to some music or watching an action movie at home, he might be watching Formula 1, the World Rally Championship, European Champions League (top European club soccer), The World Cup or Le Tour de France.

Richard has a Certificate (Fellowship) from a USA-based orthodontic professional development association and has been a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI). He was a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA).
Meet the Team
Stefka Terzieva
Advanced Diploma of Oral Health - Dental Hygiene (RMIT)
Born in Bulgaria, Stef moved to Australia with her family in 2005 where she found a new home and discovered her passion for Dental science.
​
Stef started her dental career in 2007 as a dental assistant and radiographer working for general and specialist Dental practices.
​
In 2015, Stef completed the Advanced Diploma - Dental Hygiene at RMIT Melbourne and since then she has been practicing as a hygienist in the private dental sector.
​
While Stef enjoys all areas of dental hygiene such as regular scale and cleans and helping the dentist with his orthodontic patients, her keen interest is periodontal therapy.
Stef's aims is to help patients to retain their natural teeth for as long as possible. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the results, as her patient's oral health improves.
​
Stef is a regular attendant of continuing professional education courses, seminars and workshops and a member of the Australian Dental Hygienist Association.
​
Outside dentistry, Stef keep herself occupied with range of activities - travelling, gardening, watching a good movie or just having a walk in the neighbourhood. As a former piano player and teacher, Stef keeps her passion for music and even though not as frequently as she would like, will play piano at home or just listen to a contemporary performer whenever she can.
